Title: Autumn Sweet Potatoes

3/4lbSweet Potatoes -- peeled and
  Sliced
2tsOlive Oil
1/4cRaisins
  Salt And Freshly Ground
  Pepper

Place potatoes in a medium-sized saucepan and add enough cold water to cover them. Bring to a boil and cook, covered, until soft, about 15 minutes. Drain and toss with oil. Add raisins and salt and pep per to taste. Divide into 2 portions and spoon Harvest Turkey Saute on top.

Per Serving: about 270 calories. 5 grams fat.
